Agenda contains Fipronil (2.92% w/w). This is a non-repellent active ingredient, meaning termites cannot detect its presence in the soil and will tunnel through it without hesitation.

It works through the "Transfer Effect." Contaminated termites carry the active ingredient back to the nest and pass it on to others (including the queen) through grooming and contact, eventually eliminating the entire colony.
